Vintage black plastic spike heels by Frederick’s of Hollywood. Cute black and white polka dot fabric across the toe. So sexy! Straps wrap around ankle and adjust with the buckle. Presumably from the 1980’s. Heel measures 6”. Marked 9 on the bottom but fits size 8/8.5.
