Adorable vintage white lace sailor collar blouse. 3/4 slight balloon sleeve. Has faux pearl buttons (some are chipped), and shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Label is “Randy II California.” Marked size 14. Total length measures 23”, pit to pit 20”, shoulders 16, hem 22”.
